  It took just one day! In one day, Bic and her team sold our house for us. Hither to, the house had been listed for 50 days with another agent! We are so blessed we met them. They are rigorous, careful, thoughtful, and committed to what they do. You only have to do what they tell you and you will get your house sold!!!!!

  Bic and her team really did a great job selling our home. Bic had a great eye for what the house needed for a quick and profitable sale including yard work, paint, various minor touch-ups, staging, etc. One thing that really impressed me was that Bic provided everything for staging from her own inventory. Other realtors quoted a $2K-$4K charge. One even wanted me to pay $400 for a "consultant" to walk through the house and tell me what I needed. Bic, however, did it all. She even recommended professionals that were timely and reasonable for various handyman jobs. Bic is a thorough professional.

  Working with Bic and her team to sell our home in Great Falls was a no-brainer for my husband and me. We had seen Bic sell numerous properties in our neighborhood in record time and knew that that was what we wanted for the sale of our home. Having three children and two dogs and trying to have a home on the market is a challenge, to say the least. Bic made the whole process from start to finish as painless as possible. She came in and told us what repairs and changes would maximize our return on investment. She found contractors to quickly get the work done for us and anytime there were any issues, Bic immediately jumped in and got them resolved in our favor. She was able to make sure that everything was complete and perfect and ready to be listed as we were leaving town to go on vacation. I asked her to please have it sold by the time we got back the following week and once again Bic worked her magic and was able to get us a full-price offer in less than 3 days! I always recommend Bic and her team of professionals to all of my friends who are looking to buy or sell a home. Bic is truly amazing at what she does!
