- TSThomas ShellAug 28, 20251.0Horrible experience my car was hit the other driver received the tickets Stacy told me to try to borrow someone's car which is illegal I would not be insured got a rental was threatened by .y own insurance company to use my deductible or they would take the rental and stop paying storage fee at bates the opposing insurance company called me and they said they understood it was there drivers fault they were paying all coasts i have never received me deductible back and can't even receive a call or update can't get ahold of any one
