  I normally don’t write reviews, trying to give the people the benefit of the doubt, but I felt the need to bring caution to those who might be considering them for an estate auction…I’d recommend you keep looking right past these guys. BGR was hired after the passing of my grandparents to clean the estate to get it on the market. I could elaborate on LOTS of things that transpired, but I don’t want to put you readers through all the same grief we experienced. In summary, you’ll end up paying the premium to only end up having to finish the job yourself unless you have over 6+ months for them to keep dragging things along and not performing. Watch your items closely, because things that are supposed to be auctioned will disappear and they won’t be able to answer as to where they went. When certain items don’t sell, they will tell you they’re going to get it to some writers that specialize in those items to help it sell, but you’ll never see any of those items again, let alone a nickel for them. The big items they don’t want to mess with, you’ll be left to move out on your own and haul. Its been over 6 months since they removed a lot of the Precious Moments, Hummels, dolls, etc. to sell on a different forum, and we’ve never heard one word back, so if you don’t mind lack of communication or let’s just call it what it is, THEFT, these might be your guys. Sucks to be taken advantage of, especially during a difficult time of losing a loved one, and I’d hate for it happen to someone else.

  BGR - Bidders Get Respect. They really hold up to their name. The owners and staff are great and actually sometimes fun people. My niece and I take turns picking up our items. If something is left out by mistake. All we need to do is text the owners and we have always received what we won or if they couldn’t find it they gave us a refund. I won’t shop at any other online auction.
