I can’t thank Talmage enough, for going above and beyond to make right of a bad experience and he wasn’t even the one who created the initial catastrophe! Needless to say, we have a beautiful dual shower head and a faucet that actually functions the way that it should. If you want something done correctly the first time, while simultaneously taking great pride in their work, ask for Talmage! He’s one of the few workers that I’ve experienced, both personally and professionally, that really takes immense passion in what they do! Kudos again to you, sir! You will forever be who we request to address all of our plumbing needs!

Talmage was on time, professional, thorough, and kind. He immediately diagnosed a shut-off valve leak in our upstairs bathroom, and provided a quote to fix the problem. The initial experience with Talmage was so positive that I asked for an additional quote to replace some old toilets and a number of additional supply lines that were holding on for dear life. I was surprised to find out that everything could be done same day. Within an hour Micah arrived with all of the parts and toilets and everything was installed before the day ended. Talmage and Micah did an incredible job, and even left each bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. I cant recommend this company and especially Talmage and Micah enough.

My initial appointment was scheduled for a Friday between 10–2pm but had to be canceled because the technicians’ earlier jobs ran long. I wasn’t thrilled since I had taken the day off work to be home. That said, I decided to reschedule instead of switching to a competitor because my neighbor spoke so highly of them and I’m glad I did. Jacob and Talmage were outstanding. Combined they had old-school expertise and modern technology and quickly located the source of the leak. To my surprise, they were able to make the repairs right then and there (I was expecting a multi-day ordeal!). Later that evening, we realized our water heater had turned off during the repair process. They returned promptly the next morning and got it back up and running. Throughout the entire job, they were professional, communicative, and thorough in explaining everything they were doing. They’re not the cheapest, but the peace of mind and quality of service were absolutely worth it. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
