  Customer service... Top tier. From the first call, the staff was kind and when I came in, they were even kinder. I knew nothing about reselling jewelry but Nikki was thorough in her explanation and took her time explaining how the process worked. In such a short time she made me feel comfortable doing business there. I came to sell jewelry but I ended leaving with a gorgeous pearl bracelet! They've found a new customer in me!

  This guy really knows his stuff!! The difference between Toni and other buyers is that they don't like to take into account the gemstones or diamonds in the piece, into consideration. You are much better to try Toni first and get a very fair and reasonable amount for your jewelry. Not scrap prices like others do to take advantage of those who are not themselves jewelers. Toni is a guy you can rely on.
