  I love the BAC. It is a very welcoming and friendly place to be in at times. The equipment is great, and the layout of the entire building is almost perfect. I am very grateful to be allowed to be a member of this facility and I am so very pleased with it's amenities and it would be such a privilege to work here again. Thank you.

  Great machines, multiple options for workouts, trainers, classes, and healthy living. It is never too crowded or full of kids. I love kids, but I prefer the vibe working out with adults. Everyone who works there is super friendly. They even have a smoothie bar and a hair salon, a great pool, steamer, sauna, showers, basketball, Pilates studio… It is also very clean, airy, uncrowded and inexpensive. An amazing deal. You can do a lot or a little. There are many friendly professionals there to help you get to whatever level you are aiming for. I love that there is a separate women workout gym. I have not used all the myriad things they have to offer, but I plan to do more!
