  Pool build was alright but no consultation on placement of hot tub jets which were put in non optimal locations. Overall they are very expensive, billing for every little item, and maintenance has communication issues

  They came to see our backyard and provide us with a quote for a pool. We liked the gentleman who we saw and he was very knowledgeable, but we never actually recieved the quote and my email follow ups were ignored. It's ok if our job isn't right for the company at this time, but have the decency and courtesy to tell me that instead of leaving me waiting and wasting more of my time following up. It felt very disrespectful.

  Following a recommendation by a friend, we reached out to Betz in 2019 to install a custom concrete pool for our new home build. Throughout all stages of the process (quote, design, and installation) we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Their offerings were not limited to the pool, we also contracted them for the all-season spa, patio veneer, fire bowls, etc. We are now in our 6th year with this pool, and Betz has continued to stand behind their product, and consistently provide good communication and offer solutions when needed. Pool ownership in Canada requires a mutual year-round commitment by the owner and pool contractor, in order to keep your pool looking good and operating well -- and Betz certainly delivers on their end. I will be sure to continue to recommend Betz to my friends and family for their pool and spa needs.

  Before hiring Betz Pool, I interviewed several companies across the GTA. I can confidently say that choosing Betz Pool was the best decision I could have made for my project. Marc and his entire team were outstanding,professional, dedicated, and truly invested in bringing my vision to life. A special mention goes to Justin, the project manager, who was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen carefully to my ideas, translate them into a detailed 3D design, and guide me step by step through the entire process. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything stayed on track were remarkable. What impressed me most was how transparent and thorough the Betz Pool team was. They explained every stage clearly and provided me with the best options without ever pushing me to go beyond my budget. Justin went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, and his professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. In addition to the pool, Betz also arranged for the landscaping and sauna installation, which turned out beautifully. Everything was delivered efficiently, on time, and with exceptional quality. I am beyond thrilled with the final results and highly recommend Betz Pool to anyone considering a pool project. Their maintenance services are also excellent and give me peace of mind knowing my investment is in great hands. Betz Pool has truly exceeded my expectations.

  I am writing this review 7 years after Marc Luff and the Betz Team designed and built our entire backyard. I can honestly say that after working with many contractors in several homes and projects, no one comes close to Marc and his team. They took care of everything, from permits to final build. We had extensive work done in addition to just a pool, they excavated to create a lower water proofed outdoor family room with fireplace covered by an IPE deck with outdoor kitchen. The fire elements and waterfall by the pool bring us joy every time we go spend time outside. The Badu jets Marc suggested have provided endless hours of fun and exercise. In summary, 7 years later, the backyard looks great, truly like new when we apply the IPE oil and Marc and his team have always stood by their work at every occasion. Marc and the Betz team are the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure and benefit of working with.
