- DLDaniel LightJun 11, 20255.0Noah and the other trainers do so amazing for all the stuff they have helped me with for the board and train it’s not a bad price , I thought I was going to have to put my dog down or give her to a shelter with how agressive she was getting to me , she no longer is that same dog she was 3 months ago I had some issues during the transition back home , I reached out they took her back for a few days to work on the agressive behavior to me they delivered her to my house taught me some better techinques left me some gloves to use well I got her not to show teeth or bite she no longer bites shows teeth takes stuff n knows basic commands I have a good dog now I never thought I’d have a dog this well behaved …. They do home lessons when I need help n did a EMS discount for me n my dog … i Noah is a amazing trainer so is the others there they have gone out there way to help us , my dog has issues with nails n will bite one the guys still tried to trim them and was patient … for dog daycare the price is good my dog happily walks in w the ppl n is exited to go she use to not ever be comfy to go get nails or daycare n would freak out they are great …. I trust them so does she … and they saved her n I relationship

What vaccinations does my dog need to stay at Better K9?
To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the canine influenza vaccinations.
Are reservations required?
In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for all of our services.
Can I tour the facility?
We’d love to show you our resort! We welcome tours during normal business hours but need to ensure we can dedicate time to your visit without taking staff way from our furry friends on site! Give us a call and we can schedule a convenient time for you!
I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.

Your dog’s safety is most important to us. We maintain the best level of staffing every day, keeping our group sizes down and supervision top notch. Therefore, we do require reservations so we can plan accordingly.
My dog doesn’t like to play with other dogs, would they still enjoy daycare?
At our Riverside location, our personal play program includes one-on-one playtime with a staff member so your pup can have tons of fun doing whatever they like most. They’ll enjoy all the fun of our play yards, pools, playground and toys while soaking up the undivided attention of a caregiver.
Can I come in for a tour?

Do you require a trial evaluation?
We keep our daycare program as safe as possible by ensuring our guests are comfortable with a social play environment. Your dog’s first day is an “introduction day,” free of charge, where we get to observe your pet’s preferred play styles and determine if they’re a good fit for the group. If your pup seems to prefer playing with the staff, we have a personal play program just for dogs like him/her.

Do you require an appointment for bathing?
To keep wait times as short as possible, we do require appointments for bathing and spa services.
What are your spa hours?
Our salon is open for appointments at any time during our normal operating hours. We’re open for business 7 days a week from 7am-7pm.
Can my dog get a bath while they’re visiting for lodging or daycare?
Absolutely, we’d love to send your furry friend home sparkling and fresh. Just let us know ahead of time so we can book their appointment at the salon.
Do you have bathing packages?
Most of our bathing clients like to have their pets receive multiple treatments while they’re with us. We’ve developed several convenient packages to cover the most important services. Our most popular is our Premium Bath package which includes a luxurious bath, brush out and nail trim.

What happens during the training evaluation?
You’ll meet one-on-one with a member of our professional training team to discuss your goals, challenges, and experiences. We’ll explain our processes, tell you about our programs and facility, and help determine the best training approach for your situation. This meeting is also the first step in developing your pet’s customized training program. Payment plans are available.
Can you work on a specific goal with my dog?
We’ve worked with dogs of all breeds, ages, and challenges, so we may be able to help with a particular challenge. When you come in for your free training evaluation, we’ll discuss how we can help.
Do you offer puppy training?
Yes! Starting training early is one of the most important things you can do for your dog. We offer a special puppy curriculum which builds a foundation for basic obedience, home manners, and early social skills.
Is my dog too old to benefit from training?
Never. It may require extra persistence, but dogs of any age can learn from good training.
