  We have been living at Bethesda Place for almost six years now and are very happy to be here for all sorts of reasons: staff are very friendly and efficient; the building is clean and well maintained, with maintenance orders handled swiftly; all apartments have balconies and large windows; the walls, ceilings and floors are solid so we don't hear our neighbors; every imaginable store, restaurant and service, as well as a weekly farmers market, are within walking distance; the metro is two blocks away; public elementary and high schools are nearby; the plaza behind BP is nicely landscaped and has chairs and tables; and BP has its own parking garage. In short, we feel very fortunate to live here.

  Generally we have enjoyed living here. We do think some upgrades would be desirable. A. Elevators are black in areas and heavily scratched which is an eyesore B. Credenza as you exit the elevator is a veneer so scratches on top are unpleasant to see C. The staff are great and very responsive to our needs

  The ladies at the front desk, Kefayat, Keisha, and Ronnie, are the best! So pleasant and friendly. They do a lot for us :)

  Don't Get Me Wrong Place Is Very Nice Area Amazing Downtown Bethesda Can't Beat It But This Places Is Very Judge-Mental & Racist From Very First Day Security Told Us Do You Guys Belong Our You At The Right Place To Bring Harass For Weed Smell When It's Not Us
