The hotel was ok, a bit old but nothing wrong with it and the staff was nice, except for one of the ladies working at the reception. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms with a harbour view, they gave us a smoking room, we wanted to change it because we don't smoke and didn't want to be smelly. At first they only wanted to change one of the rooms due to the hotel being full and that too to a ground floor room, lower category, then after some unpleasant remarks for me, they resolved it and we got the booked room types, however this lady at the reception was very rude and didn't want to help at all. It's interesting that they finally found a solution but this check-in process unfortunately formed the basis of our opinion of the hotel.

our room was infested with ants. we reported this to the service desk and got zero apologies for that. although they gave us another room, the staff was absolutely unconcerned about the problem.
the only props go to the service desk lady Mona, she was super helpful and very friendly with us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fourteen Days of Pure Bliss at Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel!
I just finished a phenomenal 14-day stay at the Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel, and I am absolutely baffled by anyone leaving a one-, two-, or three-star review! This hotel is the definition of a perfect stay.
My boss was kind enough to pay for the whole trip, and it was exactly the rest I needed. The check-in and check-out process for the two weeks was incredibly easy, and the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating the entire time.
Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that I had been given a VIP upgraded suite! I never even requested it, but it was a magnificent surprise. The room was spacious, featuring luxurious furniture and tons of room. My favorite part was sitting on the nice porch, looking out and enjoying the beautiful harbor view—it was so relaxing and stress-free. Inside, I loved having access to 999+ television shows to binge-watch after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was also perfect for seeing family. My Mom Uncle Grandpa And Grandma lives right around Fenelon Street, and getting from his place to the hotel was quick and easy and how nice it was hanging out with him for just a little bit. It was wonderful to catch up with family while enjoying such a beautiful location.
As for the breakfast, I’d rate it a 7.5 out of 10—definitely upper mid-range. The eggs were nicely seasoned, and the coffee was nice and sweet, giving me a great start to every day.
This trip was perfect from start to finish. I will absolutely be coming back to the Yacht Harbor Hotel in the next 4 to 6 months! such a painful wait!
Wer schlaflose Nächte will, ist hier richtig!
