We arrived and were assigned a room. The toilet did not have water in it to flush. We were transferred to another room. This room had a very strong cleaning smell. This smell did not dissipate with time. The hotel was very dated, and not very clean. We definitely will not be staying here again.

This hotel is very run down as seen on the outside. The lobby looked decent, employee not very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was never cleaned, they hung a bag of towels in our door. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, the tub was stained and the carpet was gross and felt damp line from humidity. The a/c worked fine and the beds were ok. Never again though.

Building a bit outdated, rooms are decent. Best refrigerator I've had in a hotel room. The toilet seat was old and needed to be changed. Paint chipping and the seat itself was chipped in multiple places. The worse was if check out is at noon, why would someone be knocking on our door at 10:15 asking what time are we checking out? To me that's unnecessary.... especially when we never heard anyone's else door being knocked on.
