- BPbrian preston3 days ago1.0Credit card fraud seems to be their best service! Reserved a room through my credit card travel service early, they then tried to charge for the room again at check in. Travel service company called and they said they would only place a hold for incidentals. That was a flat out lie. I have been charged for 4 nights in this dump while only having the room for two. They keep telling the card company they have no payment on the reservation and telling the travel service they did not charge the card. Because they keep lying the card keeps opening and closing the disputes. $595.17 for two nights in a room that stinks and has a busted fridge and maybe 3 working channels on the TV. ALL THREE CHARGES SHOW ON MY STATEMENT AS PAID. The worst part is, this room was only needed because of a funeral. And yes I have proof of that also. PAY CASH OR SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!!
- MSMariah SchultzOct 18, 20251.0Hands down the worst service I’ve had in a long time . Guy at front desk is very rude only guy we have seen . We were here for a football and cheer tournament and hopefully will never return . Honestly id pay extra to stay at the casino down the road . Rooms are dated . The first night the hallway and lobby smelled like incense (not the good kind ) and the second night it smelled like cigarette smoke heavily . Didn’t want to give us towels for our room ( we had 3 rooms with kids who needed to shower after the pool ) and he only gave us 5 for the 12 people we had . Absolutely ridiculous . If you can stay somewhere else . Plus the beds suck and no microwave .

- KLKeith LyksettSep 14, 20255.0Check-in after the Packer game was a breeze. And the man at the desk was kind to let me get cold water from the juice machine. We've stayed there before and we'll do it again. Don't forget to visit Nuesske's Meats before you leave town!
- EBEdward BrockmanSep 12, 20252.0Lobby and entry had a weird odor. It was kind of through the whole hotel. Pool had a bunch of bugs in it and needed cleaned. The hot food at breakfast was always "coming out soon", but never did.
