They made the whole stay better with their willingness to serve and their positive attitude towards the customers. This level of customer service is hard to find. - DBDarrel BSep 23, 20253.0The furnishings are a bit dated. The rooms could use better lighting and more outlets at bedside. This is an old style motel rooms opening to the parking lot or an outdoor walkway. There are stairs but no elevators. Our room opened to a walkway half a flight up from the parking lot. Breakfast is served by a very pleasant team of attendants. It's not the self service buffet like most hotels offering free breakfast. Making a left turn into or out of the parking lot onto the busy intown highway can be challenging. Seemed like we were always making a left turn as we left. We arrived on day 32 of our road trip. We much preferred the Holiday Inn Express hotels we stayed at with their frequently remodeled rooms and convenient, efficient and uniform room layout, as most of our stays were for one night.
