  I would give zero stars if possible. TERRIBLE customer service, dirty dinge rooms, musty smell and WAY over priced.

  Okay place to stay for the price. Staff were argumentative beginning with making the reservations. Check in was no easier with the front desk staff trying to blame us for the way it was entered. We dismissed it as just one employee that must have been struggling with the computer which them made it harder when we arrived. The annoyed employee interactions didn't stop there however. The hostility continued with misinformation given about the hours for breakfast and use of that room for outside food. It was 100% of our front desk interactions that went poorly. Conversely the cleaning staff were always smiling, polite with A+ customer service. They had to deal with dog sober and the fur and were nothing but nice.

  Оновлений англійський варіант: The housekeeping in the hotel is excellent — the ladies are doing a great job, and I hope they get the tips they deserve. The reception, on the other hand, is a completely different story: they don’t even greet guests. Breakfast is also terrible — for two weeks straight, it was exactly the same every single day.
