- KRKristen ROct 15, 20252.0The area is really nice with lots of places to eat! The breakfast and service was great. Staff was really friendly but the hotel room itself was incredibly moldy smelling. There was also mold all over the bathtub caulk, also the wallpaper was peeling off. Very musty. The pillows were used, big gaps in the center of every pillow, not comfortable.

We paid for late checkout when we booked the rooms, but the week of the wedding we realized we might need to check in sooner too. Called and the man at the front said he should be able to check us in to one of the rooms at 1pm instead of 3pm. Which is a huge help when getting ready for a wedding!! When we got there to check in he was super friendly. He ended up letting us check into both rooms early, only charging us 1 early check in fee! Very pleased with the customer service and everything was very clean!
- CMCharles MassanopoliSep 22, 20253.0A decent hotel for a town the size of Westminster. It does show it's age. The room never felt dry. There was a musty,humid feel when entering and the AC did not resolve it. Okay for a one night stay.

While it is in many ways a basic hotel, the fact that it is so well maintained makes it a very pleasant stay. There was also a very plentiful free breakfast that had many options including some gluten free items.
- DLDean LakeAug 9, 20251.0Extremely lazy rude desk clerks who didn’t have my reservation and were rude and lazy. Desk person named Mike who refused to figure out what was wrong with my reservation. Don’t stay here. They are refusing to refund my money to the tune of $324.79. Be very afraid of this business. Update: amused at the Angelic update of these bad employees. They did nothing but be ugly to me. Their pizza had arrived and they attempted nothing. They stood there berating me. It’s no wonder they are like they are considering you allow them to be. I am not surprised
