- S0SuzieQ 007Oct 24, 20251.0Stayed here 6 months ago and it was perfect so we decided to stay at the same place a few days ago and it was BAD! Best Western used to mean clean, quiet and a step up from Holiday Inn but we will not be staying here again. We were in town for a dentist appointment and it’s really close to that office and to food. We stayed 2 nights and it was awful. They raised the price per night for a dog, our key cards only worked a few times and the hallway smelled so bad of weed it was horrible. The first night I had been woken up several times by stomping on the ceiling and more pot smell, like they were standing next to the bed in our room. The second night was the same stink and stomping all night.

Only drawback was, to get hot water for tea or hot chocolate I had to get it from a spigot that was above my head, so I couldn't see how full it was. Good parking area. Felt safe at hotel.

Your breakfast was very good. I had the pancakes and they were very good. My sister had the eggs with bacon. She was very satisfied.
- GGGeorgeBarbOct 16, 20253.0An older well-worn hotel with adequate rooms. The "suites" in the title offer only the most basic of kitchenette. Furnishings and fixtures are old and merely functional. This is a great West Madison location convenient to many good restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, bike path, and the beltline. Included breakfast is the usual fare.

They have a little store with snacks & toiletries. Made to order breakfast was ok. Coffee maker in room. They insist on daily housekeeping. We weren't facing the highway so room was quiet. Lots of food and shopping around. Room was clean. 2 sinks. Very small fridge & microwave. Lots of parking available.
