  The staff was awesome very friendly! I loved my room with the jacuzzi! The room was very clean. The only problem i had was🪳.

  The staff was courteous. .. You get what you pay for, although I had my fingers crossed I wish I would have spent an extra $50 bucks to stay elsewhere! So, I checked in on Friday 8/29 & checked out 9/1… Friday night as I was getting ready for a shower, I turned on the bathroom light & a medium sized roach was running like Usain Bolt!!! ⚡️🪳I grabbed some tissue, caught him & watched him get flushed down the toilet! … I checked out today. I noticed a baby roach on the bathroom wall near the light switch. I didn’t even bother to kill it. I let him live to see another stay!!! 🪳Never again! I’ve had enough of Best Western West Monroe, LA.

  Hotel room was great I would stay again Didn't have breakfast Pool was outside n awesome nice n warm a couple of notes for hotel 1. In the attached picture is the Alarm in room needs cleaning room 135 2. Tub has a very slippery mat 3. pool needs to be vaccumed

  I was so disappointed..I'm a rewards member, and wanted to stay there, so I made my reservation, and when I went to check in, I was informed they don't take cash..so instead of staying at a hotel I liked, i had to get one I never would have chosen because of their payment options
