  Excellent price, no ripoff incidental charges like most other hotels, super fast, simple check in process. Every staff member is beyond courteous, helpful and professional. Much cleaner than most hotels in the same price range. Rooms are nice, but restrooms are tiny.

  TX NASA Space Centerの近くにある Best Western Webster Hotel, NASA。（2013.12） NASA見学の際に宿泊。 20時を回って到着、チェックインの際に受付のスタッフはかなり横柄な態度だった。 しかも部屋番号が掛かれたカードは判読できない程の雑な字。 多分115だとは思ったけど、もう少しきちんと書けよ。ホテルで一番最初に合う君はホテルの印象を決める大事なポジションにいるんだよ。 と、個人的には思うけどね。 客室は広くて綺麗でとても快適だった。 翌朝、食堂に行くと給仕の女性スタッフが食事の準備をしていた。 挨拶をしてトレイを持っていると、〝これが美味しいのよ、試してみて〟とお勧めの菓子パンを乗せてくれた。 正直、アメリカの菓子パンは甘すぎるので美味しいとは言えない。 しかし、彼女のおかげてとても気分良く食事ができた。

  Not worthy of the BEST Western name! I am a PLATINUM very often repeat customer of this hotel. I booked 2 months ago and requested my normal repeat room. Called and confirmed my requested room the night before and was told it was VERY noted on my reservation. We arrived to find my room was given away. Ok. The room we got was 108. The toilet had water leaking around the base, we had bugs flying the whole time, the noise from the atrocious plastic on the mattresses was annoying as hell while trying to sleep. LOUD DOORS. The smell OMG between the gross smell of what smells like sewage or dead bodies, and Marijuana, made me wanna PUKE! Bugs flying around breakfast area. A dresser drawer was open when we arrived for us to discover it would not stay shut. A/C noise! Beds sheets/covers and towels were very messy, not sure they were even replaced from the last people. I had a future reservation for December which I canceled and booked down the highway at Texas City/I45 which is a little more expensive but has great reviews 🤞I will get emailed surveys and will be sure to complete. And I will contact corporate!After so much frustration here I finally asked if there was a change in managers, SURE ENOUGH! YUP!

  Me and my fiance decided to go here for the weeknd everything was good for the first night until we realized we were getting bit and we thought it was a mosquito in the room and turns out it was a bed bug so we took it down to the front talked to Seth who was very apologetic claim that she's new there and called her manager they moved us to another room as my fiance was going back to get our things spotted another one on the wall brought that one down as well to confirm as we're in our other room we spot another one in that room We didn't want to be the couple that caused any issues so we just dealt with that little one and the minor issues that were coming with the hotel because once again we didn't want to be that couple Good morning staff however was very rude lack of communication all in all

  Arrived due to emergency so grabbed this hotel because its near the hospital I needed to visit. The staff greeted me and accommodated my last minute reservation for this emergency that happened and I came to town for. Breakfast was always ready & tasted well. Laundry room was ok. My room itself, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom a bit small and no where to hang towel. I didnt like the location of my room since Im handicap and have a dog, it was a very long walk. I was basically in the furthest room and furthest building away from the elevator. Carpet was outdated. The trolleys were hard to maneuver. It was very quiet & safe staying here from out of town. Im thankful for the safety of this place.
