Waiting for room hours after checking in online. Its 3:40 pm. Im watching them give others room and taking reservations while I stand and wait with 2 little kids.

Zero Compassion, Zero Service Avoid This Best Western at All Costs If you value empathy, responsiveness, or even the most basic notion of customer care, stay far away from this property. My family booked a single night here mid-trip; during our stay, my wife experienced a medical emergency. Every other hotel on our route was more than to accommodate us, moving our itinerary around. Best Western? They slammed the door in our faces and hid behind their “terms and conditions.” Here’s what you can expect once they swipe your card: 1. Total Radio Silence- I was promised a call from the front desk—never happened. 2. Corporate Runaround- Dialed the 1-800 line, was assured management would reach out—crickets. 3. “Not our problem” Attitude- Mention a medical crisis, shoot… I even asked if someone dies do they care and you’ll be met with robotic indifference. They pocket your money, then evaporate. Urgency, professionalism, basic human decency—all nonexistent. I even asked if we could still stay but at different location, “Nope”,they said you’ll have to pay us again for that, so I guess I should add greedy as well… Save yourself the stress and find a hotel that actually acts like people’s lives matter. This Best Western doesn’t. I doubt Management will look at this and not even respond. If they don’t, you all have your answers to the claims I made regarding this matter. If they do, better get ready for the “Terms and Conditions” excuse.
