Everything is dingy looking. Breakfast was gross. Management was completely unresponsive to calls and emails. Hotel manager lied when customer service got involved.

Manager Brett lies about communicating with guests. Breakfast juice machines were broken and disgusting. General appearances of entire building were dirty and run down. Pay the extra for someplace nicer

Where should I start? Well, I was waiting for the receptionist for 20 minutes; the elevator is not working; I was running back and forth tried to get a functioning keycard without the elevator; the receptionist ended up using her keycard open the door for me—without providing a functioning keycard; my booking includes complimentary breakfast, but they told me the breakfast might not be served if the food truck could not come on time; and the room is not clean, they refused to give me another room. I will never use Best Western again! AirBnB became so popular for a reason!

Fone day out from knee surgery, first floor rooms were at the top of five stairs. Disabled were 2nd floor. Elevator was not in service at all times. Employees on day side mostly apathetic. River, works at night, is a diamond in the rough. Excellent skill set for the position. GM does what can be with what I'm sure he he has to work with.

When we arrived. There were 2 women at the desk. I was on her cell with a child in stroller. The other attempted to sign us in. We waited and waited. She finally said I have to figure out what room to check you in. We waited. Finally the woman on her cell goes to the elevator, the woman trying to check us in finally gets her attention and asks what room. The cell woman says there's no towels. Oh we'll just bring them later. Ok. We went out and when we returned after dinner, no towels. We went down and got them. Only enough for 1 person. Back down to the desk for more. The towels and floor mat was ratty even had a huge hole. The fridge would not stay closed so our food spoiled. There was never anyone at the front desk to ask for assistance just a sign stating they stepped away. One time when returning to the room, a customer asked for a cleaning, the the worker said no, he wasn't on her list and you had to request 24 hours in advance. Really? No? And who was he supposed to ask since there was never anyone at the front desk. We booked for 6 days. Seems by day 3 or 4 someone would have emptied our trash or provided fresh towels. Nope. The bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. We decided to leave early, just by one day. Requested a refund, no response. The first day breakfast, no plastic ware. What do you eat eggs with your fingers? No bowls for cereal. Now the second day, enter Mr Gary. He knows what hospitality is. Plates were out with plastic ware and napkins. He greeted every person. He constantly cleaned and restocked. He seems to be the only person who knew what hospitality was and did an outstanding job . Other than Mr Gary, thumbs down for this hotel.
