  They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were awesome and the Buttery Restaurant was so accommodating. My wife is celiac and they took every precaution to make sure she had a safe and delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again. The best we have stayed in for a long time.

  I stayed here for 2 nights, the room was fairly clean however the main issue that ruined my stay was noise. There is no noise cancellation at all any time someone opened their room door or spoke in the hallway it felt like it was happening inside your room. During the night my neighbour kept opening their door and the sound of the lock and door opening would wake me up as it sounded like it was my door as well as the sound of some men staying a few doors down who were visibly drunk talking in the hallway. Housekeeping came to start cleaning at around 7:40am and the noise of the vacuum and them knocking on each door also came through. I basically got no sleep while staying here, The staff were pretty indifferent and not particularly friendly. I asked a cleaning lady if there was anywhere I could refill my water bottle and she shrugged and went back in the room. The first night I asked if there was complimentary water bottles because nothing was in the room and nothing was mentioned at check in they gave me two bottles for the first day and also did not mention there was a dispenser in the lobby I only found out at checkout. I would not stay here again.
