  I stayed at Best Western Vista Manor Lodge and had an extremely unsafe and disappointing experience. My room had no fire alarm in the bedroom, a broken window (unsafe and insecure), a non-working telephone, broken A/C, and even the TV remote didn’t work. When I called the front desk to complain, they did nothing to fix these serious issues. Instead, they told me to “just call them from my cellphone” if I needed anything else — completely unacceptable, especially with no working phone in the room. This stay was unsafe, uncomfortable, and not what you expect from Best Western. I do not recommend this hotel until management takes guest safety seriously.

  Let me start by saying this motel is old. The newest thing about it was the Best Western sign next to the road. That being said, everything else about the place was great. The owners stayed late to make sure we got our keys and got in. They were great. The room itself was a little dated but was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The bed was soft and and the sheets were clean. The next morning there was a ton of breakfast food waiting in the main building which was all good. Don't sleep on this place, it's the definition of looks being deceiving. If and when we ever return to Fort Bragg we won't hesitate to stay here again.

  The view from room was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and very close to the beach.Could see it right outside the window. comfortable to stay with small children. The heated pool was very nice.Kids had a blast.
