  This hotel would off been five* from me except the view wasnt that great.a big shout out to the lovey reception staff .

  simple hotel, clean!! staff is kind. one of my only complaints is that the water in the building is very "loud" - if someone above you flushed toilet or was in the shower it was so loud it woke us up from sleep (same with our friends' separate room one floor down). otherwise, good!

  I was really disappointed with my stay at the Best Western Ville-Marie in Montréal. The noise from the other rooms was terrible, you can hear absolutely everything when someone takes a shower or bath next door, and it’s extremely loud and disturbing, especially at night. It made it really hard to rest. On top of that, when I went to use the coffee maker in my room, I found a hair inside, which clearly shows it hadn’t been cleaned properly. That’s very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location is fine, but the soundproofing and cleaning standards definitely need serious improvement.

  Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville de Montréal Prix abusif du stationnement de l'hôtel, devrait être moins élevé que 38$ +tx service du valet devrait être à la discrétion du client. Ameublement de la chambre devrait être au goût du jour et la tuyauterie de la toilette était bruyante au moment de tirer la chasse d'eau

  Very clean and nice rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not sure of the cost as I was on a tour. Location not too bad but was in a business district. Not far though from Old Montreal by taxi
