I picked Best Western because it was the closest hotel to the nightime venue I attended because I didn't want to drive home in the dark. I liked the complimentary breakfast. Didn't like the 7:30am wake up call that I did not ask for. The front desk said they did not call me. I also didn't like the broken down TV remote control that barely worked. Other than that it was OK

The free breakfast was surprisingly good for the price — sausages, diced potatoes, eggs, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. Definitely a nice bonus for a budget stay. That said, there was a musty, humid smell throughout the lobby and hallways, which made the place feel a bit old. The windows in the rooms, hallways, and entrance were very dirty, so maintenance could definitely be better. Also the light in the bathroom cannot be dimmed which is a bit annoying late at night. On the bright side, the pool area was clean, with towels provided, although the water was cold and not heated. The property is fenced and there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, it’s a decent budget option. The low rate makes it worth considering if you just need a simple place to stay for a night or two.

The location is not great, but the hotel does a stellar job with security. The rooms are nice as well as clean, and we slept comfortably and safely. They were also very accommodating for dogs with a nice dog park and a reasonable pet fee, and the evening receptionist was very friendly and helpful. As a smaller female I would not stay here alone, but I would stay here again.

My son and I stayed at the Best Western Village Inn in Fresno following a concert at the Save Mart Center. We arrived at 2:00 PM, and despite the standard 3:00 PM check-in, Andrea, the front desk clerk, courteously accommodated an early check-in for a small fee. Her warm greeting and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. The hotel’s convenient location, just a 10–15 minute drive from the Save Mart Center, made it an ideal choice. We look forward to staying again for future concerts in Fresno.

We checked in pretty late at 234am on Friday morning. The front desk lady was so nice. She was so kind and explained everything to us. Very said how the energy changed with an issue with my sister room key this morning. So we went to grab breakfast tables wasn’t wiped down and it was so many people we couldn’t even find a table. So we grab our breakfast and walked to the front desk. Two Caucasian males were standing in the front desk area with their food. They asked about the vending machines then proceeded to walk upstairs with their food. As we were waiting on my sister key to be fix the young lady Andrea came from behind the desk and said very rudely “You can’t take the food to the room it’s signs everywhere . My sister told her there was two people who just went upstairs with their food. She looked at me with a very condescending attitude and said well if we catch you or you can throw it away. I’m very disappointed on how this was handled. There is a better way of talking to people and that wasn’t it.
