  Pretty much everything you’d expect at a best western hotel. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, very basic. There was a nice outdoor space, a terrace, with some sofas and chairs. There was a hot tub and a pool which we did not use. Sorry I forgot to take photos of everything. There is a decent size breakfast room with the usual array of American budget hotel breakfast items. Yogurt, waffles, powdered eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal, sausages, and or bacon, etc. overall, I’d say it was a decent price and like everything, you get what you pay for.

  Spacious and clean rooms, with fridge and microwave, and nice open view of the vista. I used their gym and hot tub, they provide towels. Breakfast had good choices (a waffle maker with BW initials:)). The hotel staff really cared that you feel welcome and I noticed people really enjoyed their stay. Three minutes drive from food (Dam Grill) and supermarket. Outside area feels safe, there is coffee and tea in the lobby. I would stay again.

  Hotel très bien placé avec une vue à couper le souffle. La literie des chambres est incroyable. Petit bémol pour l'isolation qui semble être inexistante (on entend les voisins tousser) + absence de fiche allergène pour le petit dejeuner.

  Dirty carpets in hallways. HVAC rattled and leaked water on floor. Breakfast needs improvement. Location not great. View of lake not too good.

  We stayed here for one night and found the location really convenient for exploring the area. The staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient, and it was nice to be able to grab something before heading out for the day. However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable than we’d hoped. Check-in felt a little rushed and not particularly welcoming. Our room (230) seemed a bit tired and not as clean as expected, with dirty floors, frayed and stained towels, and a generally dark, dated feel. Being right next to the staff entrance also meant we were woken early by noise and the constant banging of a door. The pool area looked like it could use some attention, and breakfast, whilst decent, felt a little chaotic as the space is quite small for the size of the hotel. Overall, it was fine for a quick stopover, but with a few improvements it could be a much more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
