- SFSara FuchsOct 5, 20252.0Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. She made a booking mistake and registered our room under the wrong name. Instead of calmly resolving it, she called us repeatedly and even sent the doorman to knock on our door, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. When we went to clarify the situation, she was rude — not only to us but also to other guests — and barely took responsibility for her error. There was hardly an apology, and her attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere. Meanwhile, the other guest whose name had been mixed up was waiting in the lobby the entire time because of her mistake. The rest of the staff seemed polite and helpful, but this incident really overshadowed our stay. I hope management addresses this issue, as guests deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
