Pictures are deceiving. It is run down on the outside and inside. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors sink/shower every time they used it. I could hear and understand their conversation (they weren’t being loud either). I could also hear every door slam in the parking lot. The bathroom, had a creepy homemade mosaic, was extremely narrow. If you wanted to get in the shower (which didn’t have a door) you had to close the bathroom door first). The service was friendly and efficient. This motel is supposedly undergoing renovations but there isn’t any evidence of the improvements. However, it currently isn’t work the price. You are better off paying extra for somewhere.
I’m not sure how any other five star reviews can be legitimate. The biggest downside is this is more of a motel. While they don’t show you in the pictures, the rooms exit to the outside. It is very noisy and the walls are thin. It is a two star hotel, so it’s hard to be critical of the condition. Soap was missing in the shower and the showerhead didn’t work well. The small refrigerator was loud. It is not in great shape. For the money, I would definitely go elsewhere. That’s said, the people that work there were nice and it is very close (walking distance) to the university campus.

This is a very beautiful area, with the tall, tall trees across the avenue. Great for a short walk. And, the "oval" is beyond that, for a longer walk. The room was very nice. Drove through a miniature tunnel to a secure parking area.

I had absolutely no expectations for this hotel being as good as it was. The people who run the front desk are all local and smart and charming, and they made great recommendations because they know the area. My room was an upgrade and it was so gigantic that I didn't even use half of it. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and they leave the coffee out all day so you can have coffee whenever you want. A really great experience.
The Hotel is in a convenient location, but you pay premium prices for a dump of a room. I can get a nice Suite with a Hot Tub in downtown Denver for the price I paid for this standard room . I also had to pay to park at the Hotel, why? The option was made available for an early check in, so I selected it online - @ 2:00pm I was told “none” of the Rooms were clean yet. I was given the offer to sit in my Vehicle in the Parking Lot for an Hour & was told an early checkin probably wasn’t going to happen due to being short staffed. For the Price of the Room - at least there could be better service.
