Located on the far side of town, but very close to Cornell university. Rooms are a bit old but in good shape. Nice breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Gutes, sauberes Zimmer. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Frühstücksraum sehr klein. Frühstück in Ordnung.

The room was musty smelling and barely any lighting - it just felt dingy. The breakfast was the usual bland awful, and the price of the room was beyond reason, over $330 on a weekend night. The staff wore unhappy faces. There was a ceiling fan that helped - that was a plus. I'll never go back there again.

All hotels should be like this. Decent price because they haven’t fancied it up recently but it’s just fine. You can check a box at check-in so they won’t change your linen and towels every day (who needs that anyway?). You can opt-in if needs be or can just leave dirty things outside door and they’ll leave you new. Breakfast fresh and standard. Coffee machines good and nice cold drinking water. Plenty of lobby/breakfast space. And friendly staff who care about you and their hotel! Just a little outside of town so have to drive down, but that makes it nice and quiet too.

Ended up here bc everything else in town was booked solid. Was a bit wary after reading some reviews about the age of the facility, but was pleasantly surprised. We had 3 rooms (115, 117, 119). They looked out onto the back of the shopping plaza next door, so you're not here for the incredible setting. But the location is very convenient to Cornell, a quick 5 min drive. The rooms themselves were very clean and the bathrooms looked pretty recently updated. Our beds were very comfortable and the rooms were silent, even with a full house. Only missteps: the a/c fan in one room was a little noisy but not enough to switch rooms. My room had a bit of a musty smell, but again not bad enough to switch. And the free breakfast wasn't appetizing (think watery buffet eggs and pale sausage) and the coffee was really weak. We ate elsewhere, but there were plenty of people dining. Overall, Id definitely stay again for the proximity to campus and quiet rooms.
