When I went back she didn’t know how to correct it and said the lady who came in at midnight would know how. While I was there she called the police on three guests who she had checked into a room and evidently their card didn’t process and she was trying to collect money from them. The next morning I went to check on the double billing and the lady said she had only been there 2 days and couldn’t assist me. Said it would probably drop one of the charges off. Had to call my credit card company and notify them of the error. Room was just okay nothing spectacular. Breakfast was pretty good. Not what I would expect from Best Western and will definitely not stay here again.
