  Great personnel. I had trouble with the lock on my door, and didn't appreciate the phone being across the room from the bed.

  Keep on driving. Stayed on Sept. 27th. Checked in and clerk didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Ended up charging me twice on my credit card. When I went back she didn’t know how to correct it and said the lady who came in at midnight would know how. While I was there she called the police on three guests who she had checked into a room and evidently their card didn’t process and she was trying to collect money from them. The next morning I went to check on the double billing and the lady said she had only been there 2 days and couldn’t assist me. Said it would probably drop one of the charges off. Had to call my credit card company and notify them of the error. Room was just okay nothing spectacular. Breakfast was pretty good. Not what I would expect from Best Western and will definitely not stay here again.

  1) The clerk had trouble checking us in. Then, on checking out, they couldn't find our receipt. When I checked my credit card, I had a double charge. Note: I did eventually get an email with my receipt. 2) Everything in the room was damp when we got up in the morning. My husband even had to dry his cap with the hair dryer. Would not recommend this hotel. Sorry.

  The front desk staff were excellent! Always friendly & happy to help or just say hi. The room was very clean. The breakfast was perfect & the attendant was super nice. Excellent motel!!
