  I've stayed here twice now while working in the area and have been satisfied overall. The rooms are reasonably sized and clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a bit on the cramped side but are otherwise fine. The front desk staff have also all been helpful and accommodating to any requests or issues I've run into during my stays.

  Front desk person Mira is rude and NOT professional charged me for a dog that was mentioned. Went on about filling out paperwork and signing off on deposits when the room is so filthy disgusting antiquated look at the pictures. I told her that I would be calling headquarters first thing in the morning. I took tons of pictures that I will be providing anywhere that I can and calling headquarters tomorrow what a disgusting, smelly, rats nest of a place. Took tons of pictures to protect myself

  Hotel is undergoing interior renovation. Pool and exercise room are closed. Lobby may be filled with boxes. A/C in our room was faulty and room was damp feeling and had an odor. The bed was comfortable. No closet - only hooks to hang clothes on.

  If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately, that is not an option here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in amidst the middle of a renovation project. That's fine.... but what wasn't fine were the men laying around the grounds apparently waiting to work, smoking pot, and looking shady. My husband did not feel safe staying there and spoke with the front desk asking for a refund. He was refused. We checked out and went up to the Hampton Inn and had a much better experience.

  Room: no place to hang clothes, had to place luggage on the desk, no comfortable chair, tv remote had no scroll option so the guide was just a “channel”, room was not cleaned during our 4 day stay (front desk said it would be) towel rack was not secure abd the rod kept falling out, toilet tissue holder was not secure, there was a hole in the wall, the insulated glazing in the widows had fig. Hotel: fitness room closed full of junk, breakfast area decor was worn, eggs were cold, hot dogs is not a breakfast food, cold pastries, “office center” was exposed to lobby view, next to the elevator and was closed, printer for “office center” was in the room with incidentals. Took credit card for incidentals at check in but had to pay for incidentals, wouldn’t charge it to the room. When I asked about this the young Indian hostess just raised her voice and repeated she couldn’t charge it to the room. The lobby was being used as a storage room for furniture. The stay was not worth the money I was charged and will never stay at a Best Western again.
