  I drive past the place or bank across the street and it says I was there and I am not. Went to Jack in the box a block away, and it says I went there.

  Je ne vous recommande malheureusement pas cet hôtel ou devrai je dire « motel » Le quartier craint vraiment. Nous avions une chambre tout à l’entrée et étant fumeuse les sdf rentraient dans la cours de l’hôtel et nous demandais à chaque fois des cigarettes. (Intervention rapide du personnel à la réception) mais cela étant dit un grand sentiment d’insécurité rodaient. De plus la chambre bien que tout confort. Présentait un lit qui étaient complètement affaissée. Et d’autre part la propreté à revoir et pour finir votre nuit ne sera pas de tout repos. : l’hôtel est située dans un quartier qui craint donc crie ++ et également une voie ferroviaire est juste à côté (train qui klaxonne en pleins dans la nuit) vraiment jeune vous recommande pas.

  Whoever the lady was who was working on 10/18/25 at 9AM at the front desk is very rude. We got there from over a 15hr long trip and she was making everything complicated. We were asking questions and she got defensive and answered with a bad attitude. We asked for a receipt or a paper that said that we paid and how much the amount was and she said “no I can give it to you tomorrow” we kindly said “no we need it now thank you” and she got pissed off. She needs to be fired if she’s going to be talking and acting like that with costumers. Completely no front desk manners. I don’t pay to be treated like shit when I’m already sleep deprived. Also the chairs in our room were very dirty and stained.

  The rooms were very clean, very quiet, the grab-and-go breakfast was not bad, it was practical, the reception staff were very attentive and friendly, I liked it❤️‍🩹

  Beware of making a reservation with this hotel. I booked a reservation directly with the best Western website before I completed the transaction. I called the hotel and told them I would be placing this reservation on behalf of my wife and I would not be there would that be OK? The lady at the hotel assured me it would not be a problem and that my wife would only have to pay $100 deposit for incidentals. When my wife arrived, the reservation had not been charged to my card and my wife was not able to get the room because She did not have my credit card. So even though the lady told me on the phone, my wife would not need my credit card. It turns out she did need it. The woman who checked my wife in, was not very helpful and didn’t really do anything to help my wife. I don’t recommend staying at a place that tells you one thing on the phone and something else completely different in person especially when it affects your ability to check into a room you have reserved. No Thanks. Stay at different hotel next time. I’m in Modesto.
