  Very convenient location. Right across the road from Dolly Stampede. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub was a big hit after coming in from a busy day in needing to relax and let the kids unwind. We stayed in room to 43 very spacious two-story room. It was perfect for our family of four.

  Very pretty place. Parking seems like there are others parking there. One night we didnt have an actual parking spot to even park so they let us park by the pool. Rooms was clean. Beds was clean. Shower was good and clean. Didn't do breakfast but the breakfast area looked great!

  We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the lack of supervision at the pool area. Children were left completely unattended, some as young as four years old, swimming and jumping off the fountain with no parents in sight. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care at all about the situation, even when it was clearly unsafe. At one point, we watched two siblings who told us they were six and four swim by themselves for over an hour. There were no adults anywhere near them. It was so concerning that we felt like we had to intervene and ask where their parents were. Only then did they finally leave the pool. This is a serious safety issue, and it shows that the hotel does not take guest safety seriously. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families who expect a safe and well-managed environment

  Le paiement en avance, puis entrer dans la chambre pour trouver des céréales au sol, des tâches d'origine inconnues entre la salle de bain et la chambre, des taches sur le chevet, du sang dans les draps au niveau de la tête et des cheveux dans la baignoire (voir photos). Le personnel de chambre est venu une première fois nettoyer le sol, puis une seconde fois à 22h pour changer les draps ce qui est tout à fait normal dans une chambre à 150$. J'omets le fait que les savons et autres petits échantillons étaient déjà ouverts. La salle de petit déjeuner est juste une blague vs le monde que cet hôtel reçoit, tout comme le petit déjeuner qui y est proposé. Le personnel nous a fait miroiter que le manager nous contacterait, même pas une excuse, silence radio. Jamais eu un traitement pareil dans un hôtel.

  Indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool/hot tubs. Nice facilities, towels available at pool, continental breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs, plus make your own waffles cereal and other bakery items. The staff were all friendly, check in was quick and they have on-site things you can buy if you forgot/get hungry although it is costly. 4 stars for room just because the bathtub wasn't clean clean, but overall great place!
