- NFNicole ForsterOct 20, 20253.0Hotel itself was fine. Beds were a little uncomfortable, nothing out of the ordinary. Conveniently located close to the highway, but far enough away as to not have huge noise from the highway. Perkins restaurant attached, so convenient. Was very disappointed when I left my hat/visor behind that they use a service called “ILeftMyStuff”, which was going to charge me almost $50 to ship this back. It wasn’t about the value or size of the item, and I had offered to send them a shipping label to send it back to me, but that wasn’t an option. It was an opportunity for a basic hotel to be great. And instead I now tell everyone about the disappointment of this.

- DBDiane BarlettAug 25, 20255.0I should have written this review sooner but never too late! I have been staying at this Best Western several times in a month off and on for almost one year now. I can not find anything to complain about. Lindsey the general manager is a hidden gem here. Her kindness, caring, compassion and professionalism is second to none. I have traveled all over the US. This has been the most attentive hotel I have ever been at. The entire staff goes above and beyond and it's because of Lindsey displaying it also. It is clean and comfy for my stays. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would give them 5 stars in all areas but 10 stars for Lindsey!!!! She truly is best of the best and has given me peace of mind of knowing I always have a place to stay when visiting my husband in the VA here. She is truly an asset to this hotel!!!
