- SSSOct 25, 20252.0Good location. The rooms were not that clean, bedsheets and linens were clean but we found trash on the floor, trash under the beds, stains on the light switchs and walls. The building needs a lot of work and repairs. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. The cold breakfast items were okay but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were actually unedible, must have been reheated 10 times over again. The pool was very nice, it's a saltwater pool and they keep the temperature pretty warm. Some pictures show a hot tub but there is not a hot tub at this location. I would not stay here again .

- MHMark HewettOct 8, 20252.0We were looking forward to our Saturday night stay in our room with a hot tub. The first unpleasant surprise was the $100 deposit fee we were not expecting. The next was the mold in the shower that was there because edges needed to be recaulked. You can see the pictures here. The third was no food available at breakfast, at 8:45am all the hot food buffet trays were empty. The forth was the $35 early check in fee (for an hour and a half) which was not mentioned at check in, on the receipt, or at check out. I disputed the charge ultimately and my bank gave me the money back. This best western location made no effort to compensate us for any of the issues that we encountered. We enjoyed our lunch at carabbas next door. But we were truly disappointed with the management style at this hotel. Had to share.
