  This is the worst Best Western I ever been at. I've been at Best Western before but this one was the worst. Choose a different place in Grove Oklahoma the housekeepers were very rude and disrespectful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But this time we stayed. Pool was dirty. You could see the algee. And don't think any chlorine has been put in in weeks. And that's one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

  Chambre classique un peu sombre et vieillissante, ancienne génération type motel mais très correcte. Mal insonorisée. Petit déjeuner classique également. Personnel charmant et piscine agréable très chaude. Restaurant et supermarché à proximité.

  Juanita, the Guest Services attendant, is "worth her weight in gold"! This is the best hotel/motel to stay at in Grove, OK due to Juanita's efforts in keeping the 'free breakfast buffet' ready to eat and re-stocked CONTINUOUSLY for a 'tasty hot meal'! [As soon as I would fill my milk cup, Juanita would have the 'milk pitcher' re-filled before I even got back to my table, as well as keeping the hot entrees constantly refilled.] Juanita is a "caring and conscientious person" who shows up with a "GREAT ATTITUDE" and wants to do a "GREAT JOB" each and every day! She was friendly and pleasant every morning, and a GREAT way to start every day by seeing a friendly face! Thank you, Juanita, for all that you do! It is greatly appreciated!
