- MJm jeffOct 20, 20255.0This hotel was amazingly clean, comfortable, and cozy for me and my fur baby. Traveling from east to west coast under very stressful circumstances and I couldn't have been happier at this location. All staffs were genuine, kind, and accommodating. In particular, Myles from front desk made my whole checking in experience one I will always remember. He was very professional, compassionate, and delightful 😊. Thank you for being patient and warm Myles! Breakfast was great with enough variety and the ladies were helpful and nice. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
- AJA JOct 9, 20251.0I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel, specifically at the breakfast buffet. A staff member named Karen behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. All I did was adjust the toaster setting to “light” because I prefer my toast lightly toasted. Karen came over, yelled at me in front of other guests, and forcefully turned the toaster setting to high, burning my toast. When I threw the burnt toast in the bin, she mocked me to her colleague, saying I was being rude — even though I hadn’t said anything to her. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from any staff member, especially in a hospitality environment. Instead of helping or politely informing guests, she chose to be confrontational and disrespectful. Management needs to seriously address staff training and customer service standards. I do not recommend staying here based on this experience.

The location is perfect it’s close to the airport and there are many restaurants, stores, gas stations, fast food places etc. close by! The staff were friendly and I loved that they have a security guard on site at night. I definitely felt safe staying here and the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable.

Kinda loud in the am since we were the room right next to the breakfast area. (307) Poor service from the young man who checked us in to the hotel Great hotel breakfast Good WiFi AC works great! Nice and cold
