  I used to frequent this hotel while employed with a different company, and more recently convinced my current organization to utilize this hotel as well whenever we are working up in Thompson. I can't say enough about my satisfaction whenever I stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. This hotel has extremely friendly staff and they offer many extra amenities and perks not found elsewhere, such as soup and snacks in the evening, a flavored water station, fresh made omelettes in the morning, along with unlimited brewed beverages, and many other great breakfast items. This is literally the best place to stay if you are overnighting in Thompson Manitoba. Thank you Best Western Thompson for continued great experience!

  Fantastic service by all of the staff!! Willing to help out with any problem that arises. Evelyn was just lovely and made our week every morning at the breakfast area. Great breakfasts as well!

  Really enjoyed my stay! Lobby is very nice. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Little work station with computer and desk. Sitting areas. Free breakfast. Across the street from City Center Mall and restaurants. Recommended to take a taxi in the evening. Taxis are quick and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. TV was a smart TV with all the options. I was having trouble connecting my laptop to wifi, called front desk. I tried again and it worked. Front desk called 5 minutes later to ask if I had connected. Nice eco friendly incidentals such as makeup remover, biodegradable washcloths for washing makeup off your face, microfibre cloth at coffee station for cleaning up spills. It's the little things that matter also and Best Western goes above and beyond for customer service.

  We booked our room at the Best Western in Thompson and had to cancel 29 days before our check in date. The hotel has a 30 day cancelation policy!!!! Not communicated at booking to us at all. I have stayed at over 35 hotels in the last 40 years and never have I came across a 30 day cancellation policy. Just ludicrous. Staff would not budge on issue. I strongly suggest booking at another hotel.
