- SHStone HänschAug 10, 20254.0Unserer Flügel war gut,der andere Hotelbereich in dem unsere Kinder wohnten dagegen wegen einer Havarie ohne Wasser! Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage schnelle Abhilfe zu schaffen.Zum Glück konnten sie bei uns duschen. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut.
- COColby OracheskiAug 2, 20252.0I arrived at 2:30 yesterday for a preferred member early check in - waited in lobby until 3:15 to be told the room is still not ready after the listed 3 pm check in so I left with bags to run errands. The ground level floors near front entrance has patrons from the pub smoking outside of the balcony that lofts into the room which ia in violation of health codes. I have photos collected for supporting docs. The staff did what they could to deal with these logistics. For $300+ a night - I recommend a different hotel chain in Courtenay - rooms are outdated and outside parking has a fair number of homeless in the area.
- BFBrandy foxJul 17, 20251.0My family of four are moving from Alberta to Comox. We booked a pet friendly room, for a 4 night stay. We have been travelling for the last 2 days with no service, 2 children and pets. My husband received and email asking us to phone and confirm a pet friendly room. And stated in the email it’s on a first come first serve basis. We don’t catch the ferry to the island until the absolute last sail time, and wouldn’t arrive in the valley until sometime around 2 AM! I called the hotel to confirm, a pet friendly room is reserved for us. To be told no, and the front desk told me to put my dog in a doggy daycare. Umm pardon me, but also what doggy daycare is open at 2 AM! This is absolutely unacceptable! We have nothing but a suitcase and our pets with us, and can’t access the home we are moving into until Monday. I will never ever book with this hotel again, and will not recommend it to any one of my family or friends if they come out to the island to visit us. Thankfully another hotel was able to accommodate us for the next couple of days, so we have somewhere to go when we arrive.
