  I was surprised with service rooms you have to cary yor luggage up on stairs it is a total ripoff

  I lost my phone in the hotel a month ago, they promised to ship to me but they never did. Will not consider living in the second time.

  I actually enjoyed my stay here. A lot of the folks in the reviews are professional complainers lol. This hotel has very clean and relatively modern rooms. You can also enjoy free daily breakfast (although it doesn’t really change 😂). Location is free of pests, safe and provides parking for around $40 a night. For Hawaii standards, this place is a great price for a best western. Remember, this isn’t the four seasons LOL I don’t like having to deal with seeing military personnel at the hotel but luckily I only saw them once centrally located so it’s a good spot if you need to be by the airport or if you’ll have a car to travel around the island. I recommend :)

  Have to validate ticket before leaving the hotel parking Since hotel is located close to the road you will hear cars zooming at midnight At the time of my stay in the hotel I hear work on going on the hotel

  Cuidado con olvidar algo porque NO LO DEVUELVEN, nos hospedamos solo una noche ya que esta cerca del aeropuerto, el día de check out olvidé mi plancha de cabello ($200 dls), no me di cuenta hasta mi 3 dia en Hawaii, no marqué porque se supone que todo lo olvidado se va a lose and found, regreso a el hotel a mi cuarto día a decirles mi situación y el personal muy deficiente de comunicación solo dijeron que no había nada, y hablar con el manager fue hablar con la pared literalmente. Así que solo tengan cuidado de no olvidar nada 🥲
