  Very, incredibly unwelcoming. People that don’t like other people probably shouldn’t run a hotel. Money is the only interest here; with a $100.00 deposit (even for a diamond member) and don’t think of bothering them before check-in time. There are no microwaves in the rooms you will be told to use the one in the hallway. No laundry facilities. No 24 hour coffee. Clearly, there is disdain and resentment towards their guests. The elevator is directly in front of the desk and each employee deliberately keeps their head down and won’t say hello to you. The only two housekeepers (1 male and 1 female) I encountered also were very rude. The male actually scolded me in an incoherent language when I asked him for help with my key and when it didn’t work for him either, he THREW it back at me. The rooms do not have a clean odor, not a hint of bleach smell and you feel the essence of others as if things are not washed, and the windows do not open so it’s like sleeping in a stench oven. There was a long bug in the bathroom. You could see the filthy commode when lying in the bathtub, so gross. This did not exactly entice me to try the on-site restaurant. Terrible, an inconspicuous nightmare of a property and I will choose other accommodations on my next of many Syracuse visits.

  We travel a lot and earn best Western points so we anre able to cash out our points and pay for rooms sometimes. The room we had was clean with newer, paint and carpet and the beds were comfortable, but the beds were kind of lumpy and sagging so they need new mattresses. The room also needs a new shower because it’s older and the finish is cracked. I feel like they give The dated rooms to the point Customers, Which is sad because those are the customers that Stay the most often.

  I stayed at this Best Western during a busy Parents Weekend and paid a premium rate, but unfortunately, it was a really disappointing stay. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues—including one room that had soiled sheets that was covered in blood! The staff’s response to that was really unhelpful. The front desk person wanted me to remove the dirty sheets myself or sleep in the other bed in the room. Overall, not the experience I expected for the price. Definitely DO NOT recommend and please save your money from this establishment.

  Towels are greasy, "free" breakfast has many, many missing items, eggs are days old in the warmer, trash around the property is not picked up, cigarette butts are falling out of their trash holder as you walk in the front door. Steakhouse is great but I would not stay here again.

  Basic amenities. The beds were a little hard and felt some of the springs. The water in the bathroom was so loud when you turned on the faucet. The bright lights in the parking lot shined through the curtains but I was so tired I didn't care. Felt the price was high $150 after taxes/fees (especially checking in after 1am.
