So, there are for real ants in the beds. Better than bed bugs but why are there ants in the beds? What are they attracted to? People can’t possibly be the most readily available food source for them, this hotel is not that clean. Also, the service isn’t great, and the place smells like you could stumble across a wet towel at any moment. That being said, it was a very cheap stay so I don’t feel ripped off or anything, just a lot of unanswered questions.

We stayed one night in this hotel on 10/3/25.
The musty, moldy smell of the room and ants that bit us all night long have left me never wanting to stay here again. My husband contacted the front desk and corporate about the ant problem, including pictures and a video. We were basically told, sorry but too bad. A partial refund would have even been a nice gesture, but we got nothing but an empty apology. I guess the next step is the BBB and my credit card issuer.

My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and was poorly maintained. The customer service was terrible — the staff showed no interest in helping or solving the problems I had during my stay.
To make things worse, the front desk attendant smelled strongly of marijuana and was clearly not capable of performing his duties properly. It was very unprofessional and made the experience even worse.
The photos shown online do not reflect reality. The place is poorly managed, the hallways smell bad, and the overall environment feels neglected and unprofessional.
This hotel should not be offered as a place to stay until they perform a deep cleaning, fix their maintenance issues, and properly train their staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better and cleaner options in the area for the same price or even less.

UNSANITARY ROOM - BED BUGS! I wish I can give 0 stars to this place. I checked into Best Western on 10/5/25-10/6/25, and was first given room number 208. The room was in terrible condition. There were bed bugs on the bed, and I even saw other insects crawling around. After complaining, they gave me a second room 310 an and the sheets were dirty and it was honestly shocking and made it impossible to sleep. We complained to Jody Patel, the manager, and she was very rude and nasty and didn’t do anything to help us.
