  The room was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. In addition, the hot buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced.

  When we got checked in we went to the room and it was dirty the bed wasn't made up we went to the next room it was real clean. Then my significant other went to go see his family and I was by myself I laid down in bed and fell asleep after a 13 hour drive, then I heard the door shut and I thought it was him and it wasn't, I was thinking maybe it was one of the other rooms that had slammed the door (nope) needless to say the next morning our room keys no longer worked the girl that had checked us in may have put us in the right room because the key did work at first but she put it in the computer system wrong, so somebody actually walked into the room and that was confirmed from... The sound of it she screwed up pretty bad with other guests. And all we got was sorry for the inconvenience and I didn't even get my points. We stayed for 3 nights. Even though everybody was super nice that we encountered and the continental breakfast was really good. But only given a 2-star.

  Pool not working, pillows were the worst of this trip. Towel rack was falling off the wall. For over 170, this BW was a big disappointment.

  Great service came from this Best Western in Bloomfield! The staff and management has been very accommodating. I am very thankful for our work crew being able to stay here.
