- WWW T Barrett (WTB)Oct 18, 20252.0Hotel is very old and looks it. Rooms are cramped and dark. Neighborhood is sketchy and not scenic whatsoever. Steps and heavy doors at main entrance. I would not stay here again.
- JMJon MohamSep 29, 20251.0The front receptionist needs to take a lesson in hospitality . The worst check in i have experienced in years . Marrissa was rude and condescending to me i just gave a big smile and kindness back. But wow not good.
- JHJohn HSep 7, 20252.0An old hotel that had a facelift but still looks tatty, is a bit dirty and gives off low key skid vibes. Not what we have experienced at other BW branded properties. Staff are friendly and helpful.
- LHLinda HerbrikAug 27, 20255.0All staff were exceptional. They were griendly, helpful and always smiling. The Manager was always available and cared about our experience. The location was great. It was walking distance to the Mall, restaurants and casino.

I have stayed in many best westerns but this one has the best breakfast. Another thing I like about this hotel is Marissa at the reception which is always cheerful to the guests
