- CHCharles HermanOct 26, 20252.0Where do I begin about this place. I will say the staff is extremely nice and accommodating room are big and clean sheets. Now I don't normally nit pick this much but when when the place is charging $350 a night after a 20% discount i would expect a lot nicer and cleaner room My room had a political that wasn't secured a shower head falling off the wall, bubbling paint, headboard and furniture that looked like animals have been chewing it, spider and cob webs, dirty baseboard, trim that looked like a 6th grade shop class had installed, missing tile grout, you can hear everything going on on the second floor and in the hallways, some random machinery that went off every 20 min, bad patch work on the walls mixed matched paint, gap around the door that you can see light through, since it was the weekend rooms dont get cleaned unless you request it,and the list goes on. I've stayed at places that charge 350 and up a night but the hotel and rooms reflect the price. This place is more along the lines of $80 a night

- SLSara LewisAug 10, 20254.0We booked our stay for the “heated” pool, but it was freezing. Staff kindly suggested we swim in the lake instead, which just wasn’t what we had in mind. AC maintenance also came into our room while we were in the process of checking out even though my husband notified them we would only be a minute. The bed and towels were mediocre, and breakfast was basic. While the staff was kind and the stay wasn’t terrible, it was disappointing. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. I hope they can make a few improvements, because this could be a nice place to stay.

- NNNolan NaomiJun 22, 20252.0Had the Kings whirpool suite. The whirlpool had brown stains on the bottoms of the tub made me nervous to even use it. Our blanket had a black mark on it but they tucked it under the bed to make it unnoticeable at first appearance. They randomly charged my charge $250 in the middle of the night.
