Worst staff ever - lights doesn’t work , telephone doesn’t work , no proper lights in the room , room service in every 3 days - front desk people unprofessional —- I don’t want to visit again

Front desk staff is rude, place is expensive, spent $7000 for a group of employees to stay here, staff has been arrogant, rude, un cooperative, i will never ever spend company money on staying here again. Absolutely appalled at the staff at this location. When I got the room key myself the red head at the front gave nothing but attitude, which was un called for, im fine getting the room keys for my crew, the treatment from your front desk woman is disgusting, we will not be returning to this hotel after this duration of our trip. We will be staying elsewhere while our crew is in town for the next month.

We like to stay here because of the location and the pool and the fantastic breakfast. I was a little disappointed this time that during a six day stay, we only had room service provided once, after being there three days. (This is policy that they are supposed to inform you about during check in… we weren’t told though)
Additionally, I asked the front staff about a promotion, which was posted in a few places, wanting some info, but was told it was expired. A few days later I noticed more signs and read and scanned the QR code to register (which I should have just done initially). However, based on the clerks info, I took her advice that it was expired. I ended up missing out on 2 days of double points. I politely informed them of this that day and again upon check out. But I wasn’t offered the points back. Not a big deal, but it was their error.
Loved the hard work of both gals in the dining area/kitchen who were most helpful and friendly. Make sure to leave them a tip - they work hard!
Price point for our six night stay was $898 all fees in, which is great value.

This is an amazing place to stay, doesn’t matter your length of stay, they will go above and beyond to accommodate you. From checking in to check out, all staff are looking for ways to best serve the guest. For example, at check-in, Sage (front desk associate) Recognized the amount of adults or group had and suggested making more keys before we needed them. That is one example of excellent foresight. And a small example of how all staff in this hotel go above and beyond every single day.

This hotel was all around great! We recently went to more expensive hotels and Toronto and this one stood out against them by far! Pool and breakfast were amazing, rooms with kitchenettes were spacious and amazing. The fact that they have life jackets for kids to borrow was like a nuance that made a big difference. Free parking. Was able to cast our Disney app onto the tv. Not stuck on one streaming app like other hotels. Big bonus is laundry! (Paid but minimal compared to dry cleaning in other hotels!). Staff were great. All around a great experience. Everything was clean. Couldn’t ask for more.
