Room was musty smelling and aged, but at least looked clean. Property was littered and in need of a face-lift. The staff that assisted was friendly and helpful, but next time I stay in Kerrville, I will stay at place that looks safer, is updated, and smells cleaner.

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk named Heather was very helpful to answer all my questions since I was from out of state. Hot breakfast and it was good

Very quiet with a great location. Numerous restaurant options within a mile and the staff was very welcoming.

Initially, the lady I spoke with was rude. Upon check-in, went to first floor room to find the door wide open and the room “trashed” (see pictures). Went back to the desk and, while apologetic, room was changed to a second floor room. Definitely wasn’t worth the nightly charge of $180. Given the state of the room, major cleanliness and safety concern, and inconvenience, you would think some sort of compensation (partial refund) would have been given (or at least offered) but it wasn’t.
