We only stayed for 1 night but the staff was very nice and made checking in super quick and easy. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Simple and clean room.

If you are on a budget this is the place to pick. The only downside is if you are choosing to stay at this place because you are visiting Niagara falls the drive will be about 25/30min.

Room was clean but small. What's up with the toilets so low it's like elementary school 😀. It's not the hotel's fault that kids go running up and down the hallway,or in the dining room. Lately I've noticed even the adults are coming down in pajamas for breakfast.

Visited from Michigan to see Niagara Falls for a few days. I must say, this hotel was decent. The staff was friendly, my family’s rooms were clean, and there was even breakfast and coffee. There’s also a technology room, and indoor swimming pool with a gym. Might I suggest adding a different meat to the breakfast menu? The Turkey sausages were just awful. They were properly cooked but there were no other options. 🫤 Finding a safe spot after 9pm was difficult, the front was filled, and the back of the hotel looks shifty at night fall. Get your spot early. Do NOT use booking.com. They had a hold on the card as expected but upon confirmation with the hotel, booking.com reserved the WRONG ROOM. The artillery had correct room types but improperly communicated to the hotel. Upon cancellation, a hold on the card for several days due to booking’s mistake NOT the Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helped reserve the correct room types for my family and I before arrival. Theres no special view but if you’re looking for a reliable place to lay your head while visiting, I would recommend.

<Room> The room was old and small, especially the bathroom. The sink was outside. There was a bathtub, but it couldn't hold water. When I entered the hotel, it was dimly lit and smelled moldy. The room was well-cleaned. There was a refrigerator, but no coffee maker or microwave. <Breakfast> Eggs, turkey sausage, disgusting potatoes, sliced bread, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, waffles, and yogurt. Don't expect much in terms of taste. <Amenities> There was a set amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They weren't replenished. You had to pick them up at the front desk. <Towels> You had to go to the front desk to get them. <Breakfast Area> Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day, and a microwave was available. <Laundry> There was a washing machine available 24 hours a day, although I didn't use it. <Price> It was expensive for what it offered. If it was $80 a night, I'd be happy with it. I paid $175 on a Friday night, so I feel like I missed out. <Nearby> The area doesn't seem particularly safe, but it's conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Niagara Falls and a 5-minute drive from outlets and restaurants. I wouldn't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it. If it's cheap, it might be worth it.
