  Do not pick the hot tub suite. No fan Nice hot water and good pressure in shower. Bed and pillows are awful Next visit we would pick something different. Owners and help in Nashville don’t seem to be locals anymore. Takes away from the experience it used to be ☹️

  We had tickets to the Grand Ole Opry and wanted to stay close, but for the record its not a walkable distance from this hotel. We didn't rent a car and had to rely on the shuttles, which ended up being not a good experience. Not the hotels fault, but we got stranded in the rain after the show, unfortunately we prepaid for a ride on a shuttle bus that didn't wait for us to get out of the building. Also downtown district is not close, it was a chore to get there and back by any means used. Hotel was very busy and the front desk staff were not on their game, acted like it was a burden to deal with us. Room was semi clean, but not great, there were issues. Breakfast was OK, but no place to sit. Overall for the price we paid, I think we could find a better hotel.

  Great hotel. Clean and the breakfast was good. Close to downtown.
