  I am from Pigeon Forge Tennessee we drove over 8 hours. We work with the local farming industry.We made it in around check in. Me and my colleagues had to wait at the front desk. No one was around. Then we noticed a woman appeared from the back with a worker with the name Wayne talking about fixing plumbing in a derogatory way. Noticing the unprofessionalism right off, and he was talking about staff and criticizing them. Noted very unprofessional. Added tattoo sleeves all up and down the arms with a hoodie on with the sleeves pushed up and a toboggan looking like a ex-con on parole. I've Never been to a Best Western and have been greeted in such a way. My lead manager had to step in the conversation and say I would like three different rooms on the first floor with two beds in each!The lady turned to Wayne and asked if they had finished the rooms he replied yes. They did not have what we needed so we ended up getting what was available.Turned and walked outside with discuss. My manager Brad overheard a discussion between the two at the desk. He said the guy was asking her if he's going to be able to get a room tonight, she replied if you bring me dinner ,and than she told him mybe in one of the rooms is unoccupied. Didn't really understand that conversation.Wonder if the owners know if this is going on in his establishment.Very bad parking limited parking the parking lot was not very clean the rooms was not cleaned looked like sheets was not changed. Charging post for the electric cars were outdated. Notice that the man named Wayne was sleeping in the maintenance closet. That was very strange to see at 2:00am in the morning when taking the dog out. There was a sleeping bag underneath a table in the closet with him. After looking in there for some clean towels. I will never come back to this location in Staunton Virginia. Will be returning back to Avid across the street much more professionalism and a lot cleaner.

  Not much out here in the country. This hotel was just what we needed. Nice room w comfy beds. Heated pool avail til 10 although we didnt use it. Staff was kind n generous! Breakfast in the a.m. was pretty good n plentiful! More than I could ask for!!

  Staff is welcoming. Rooms need more attention. Stains on carpet, tub needs bleach and the ceiling in the bathroom had mold. Steam cleaning and better product should help your staff.

  The motel is in the process of a complete remodel. It is a great place to stay.

  Upon check-in the hotel staff was quite unfriendly. The hotel is dilapidated and in need of an update. The bathroom was filthy. We had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for three people. Mid-shower the water ran cold. The continental breakfast area was tiny and packed full of people..couldn’t wait to get out of there! I would absolutely NEVER recommend a Best Western .
