- AVAna Valencia4 days ago1.0Worse experience ever !! Unfortunately I booked base on the Reviews !, it has 8.2 and it’s a total scam! Fly from California, to get to a hotel that is likely to be more as a Motel not a hotel ! The mattress was completely noticeable sagging and uncomfortable bumps, I didn’t sleep the whole night ! There was bugs at the room ! I ask kindly trying to get my refund back talking to the manager explaining them the hotel was a total scam since they get the survey from customer! Not from actual reviews ! I paid over 119 per night , I call Expedia to help get my money back ! I booked it for 4 nights, I only stayed one night ! And unfortunately till the third day ! I haven’t received my money back ! Their policy won’t reimburse me the nights I didn’t stayed !! Now the manager told me it can take up to 10 business days to get 2 credit days ! Back !! It’s a horrible experience! A total scam !!! Please think twice before booking at this place ! Take as a motel not a hotel !! Not a 8.2 review it’s more likely to be 3 !! It’s a total scam

We booked early, we filled out food forms and we staggered our eating times. The hotel has 1 person working the front desk and trying to prep meals. No waffles during the week?? Are we really saving money? We have one more night to be here. I'll update for better or for worse.
- MSMeg SimpsonSep 20, 20254.0The room was nice in the showers were hot. There was a bit of a glitch with breakfasts, they're serving dishes weren't turned on the first day I think. I am looking forward to when they get their new mattresses.
